Awakening lost in this land all alone
Now seeing around me the city
And the people were locked in their temple of stone

The sun was our home but we're chained from her rays
So we run through the darkness by moonlight
Banished to the dungeons of the city by day
We'll meet in the forest at midnight to play

But the pictures of daytime were sealed
And nothing had changed and I heard a soul scream
for the wounds that we suffer are real though unseen
