This was one of a bunch of great shots taken, sitting ON the stage, AT The Stage. It was an afternoon practice (weekend as I recall).

This is the image I had enlarged for my own personal photo collection. It's one of my favorites. Really seems to capture the vibe of those times.

Although practicing at the stage was not ideal, we did manage to milk the best out of our 2 hours or so per session. Aside from the benefit of actually getting to know the songs, it was just so enyable to play them. Whether the purpose for for practice or for recording or for live performances, it was always great to play songs you love.

I miss it terribly.

The shot that I really wanted to have enlarged for my own personal collection was the one above, so I borrowed the negative. The fools at the photo place however managed to screw it up and enlarged the WRONG image from the negative. Instead of the one I wanted, I got this one, with the very obvious "flare" in the lower-left. (Lots of 'red-eye' on Cliff!)
I did take it back, and they agreed to let me keep this one and made me a print of the correct image.
